    集團舉辦2017上半年度高層管理人員述職暨年中工作會議

        本(ben)報(bao)訊(記(ji)者 馬逸星)為更(geng)好地(di)完(wan)成(cheng)全年(nian)任務目標(biao),總結經驗查找差距明確方向, 2017年(nian)7月16至17日,翔龍集(ji)團召開(kai)2017年(nian)度高管述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)評價會議(yi),來自集(ji)團總部及(ji)(ji)旗下各公司的31位(wei)高層領(ling)導分(fen)別就各自分(fen)管的工(gong)作進(jin)行述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)。集(ji)團公司領(ling)導解(jie)永軍、徐(xu)輯孟(meng)、孫貴云、解(jie)若(ruo)君(jun)、朱彩花(hua)、趙(zhao)道軍、李洪祥、史兆海及(ji)(ji)各中(zhong)心單位(wei)負(fu)責人(ren)參加會議(yi)。本(ben)次述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)歷時2天,涉及(ji)(ji)范圍廣泛,剖析問(wen)題深刻,為圓滿(man)完(wan)成(cheng)年(nian)初制定(ding)的任務打(da)下堅實基(ji)礎。

        此次述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)活動(dong)通過抽簽的形式決(jue)定(ding)述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)先后順序,述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)人就2017年(nian)(nian)上半年(nian)(nian)度(du)工(gong)作業(ye)績(ji)、個人問題剖析(xi)、創(chuang)新點和2017年(nian)(nian)下(xia)半年(nian)(nian)工(gong)作計劃上臺述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)并接受(shou)評(ping)委(wei)質詢與評(ping)分。評(ping)委(wei)結合(he)述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)人2017年(nian)(nian)度(du)工(gong)作情況、創(chuang)新意識、效益業(ye)績(ji)指標(biao)及2017年(nian)(nian)度(du)工(gong)作計劃給予述(shu)(shu)職(zhi)者綜合(he)評(ping)價(jia)。

       經過(guo)綜合(he)評議(yi),生物科技公(gong)司(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)解(jie)永常、施(shi)(shi)可豐公(gong)司(si)(si)常務副(fu)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)兼施(shi)(shi)豐公(gong)司(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)胡寶(bao)棟、采購公(gong)司(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)付紹群和制造公(gong)司(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)經理(li)王安震(并列第(di)三)分別取得了前(qian)三名(ming)的(de)好成績。

        會(hui)后集團(tuan)總(zong)裁(cai)徐輯孟就兩天述職(zhi)會(hui)議進(jin)行總(zong)結(jie)評價,他(ta)(ta)說這次會(hui)議內容豐富召開及時,對完成(cheng)全年任務具有重(zhong)要(yao)意義(yi)。他(ta)(ta)從認清形(xing)勢(shi),迎接(jie)挑戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan);敢于擔當(dang),敢于拼搏(bo);抓住(zhu)重(zhong)點,突出中(zhong)心(xin);持續改革(ge)(ge),常抓常新(xin)(xin)(xin);精益管(guan)理(li),持之以恒;四個方(fang)面對下(xia)半年工(gong)(gong)作思(si)路和措施(shi)(shi)提(ti)出要(yao)求(qiu),他(ta)(ta)說今年集團(tuan)改革(ge)(ge)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)初見成(cheng)效(xiao),實現(xian)量(liang)效(xiao)齊增,縱向產業(ye)鏈條打(da)通(tong),橫向戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)略(lve)布(bu)局初步完成(cheng),大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)循環大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)運(yun)營模式已現(xian)成(cheng)效(xiao)。他(ta)(ta)要(yao)求(qiu)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)家(jia)緊跟公(gong)司(si)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)循環、大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)運(yun)營戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)略(lve)工(gong)(gong)作需求(qiu),集中(zhong)精力搞好生產經營,改革(ge)(ge)創新(xin)(xin)(xin),提(ti)升效(xiao)率(lv),帶(dai)好隊(dui)伍,內部向施(shi)(shi)豐公(gong)司(si)、金昌(chang)公(gong)司(si)和生物科技公(gong)司(si)學習創新(xin)(xin)(xin)管(guan)理(li)經驗(yan),把精益管(guan)理(li)和創新(xin)(xin)(xin)改革(ge)(ge)相結(jie)合,打(da)通(tong)壁(bi)壘,掃(sao)清障礙。希望大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)家(jia)認真貫徹董事長新(xin)(xin)(xin)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)略(lve)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)思(si)路、新(xin)(xin)(xin)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)略(lve)方(fang)針共同努(nu)力實現(xian)業(ye)績新(xin)(xin)(xin)高。

        集團公(gong)(gong)司(si)董事(shi)長(chang)解永軍發表(biao)重要(yao)講話,他對(dui)上半(ban)年(nian)(nian)各公(gong)(gong)司(si)、中(zhong)心取(qu)得的成績表(biao)示(shi)肯定,他說在(zai)(zai)形勢(shi)嚴峻(jun),行業(ye)下(xia)滑的大環(huan)境下(xia),各單位頂住壓(ya)力(li)如期完(wan)成目(mu)標任務,是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)大家共(gong)同奮斗的結果,對(dui)生物(wu)科技公(gong)(gong)司(si)、施(shi)豐(feng)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、金昌(chang)公(gong)(gong)司(si)等業(ye)績突(tu)出單位提(ti)(ti)(ti)出表(biao)揚,他從10方面對(dui)下(xia)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作工(gong)(gong)(gong)作提(ti)(ti)(ti)出具體要(yao)求(qiu),一是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)狠抓內部管理(li)(li),補缺漏洞,提(ti)(ti)(ti)升效益(yi)。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)真(zhen)抓實(shi)干,落實(shi)推進徐總(zong)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出的四(si)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)完(wan)善監督委管理(li)(li)制(zhi)度(du),做到提(ti)(ti)(ti)前管理(li)(li),減少管理(li)(li)損失。四(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)在(zai)(zai)述職(zhi)中(zhong)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出的問(wen)題要(yao)多向內看,查找自身(shen)不足。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加強企(qi)業(ye)文化與戰略愿(yuan)景培訓,提(ti)(ti)(ti)高職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)專業(ye)技能(neng)和職(zhi)業(ye)素(su)養。六(liu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)安(an)全環(huan)保與防汛工(gong)(gong)(gong)作要(yao)走在(zai)(zai)前列,提(ti)(ti)(ti)高員工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全環(huan)保意識(shi)和防汛能(neng)力(li)。七是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加強財(cai)務制(zhi)度(du)培訓,明(ming)確風控職(zhi)責杜(du)絕發生違規違紀事(shi)件。八是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)完(wan)善貼牌管理(li)(li)制(zhi)度(du)。九(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)繼(ji)續(xu)推進模擬利潤改(gai)革。十是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)繼(ji)續(xu)加大改(gai)革力(li)度(du),創新思維(wei)模式(shi),精兵簡政(zheng),簡政(zheng)放(fang)權(quan),優化流程,充分(fen)發揮(hui)大數(shu)據(ju)和信息化效能(neng),取(qu)長(chang)補短,外學內創,學習施(shi)豐(feng)的管理(li)(li)經(jing)(jing)驗和金昌(chang)公(gong)(gong)司(si)的經(jing)(jing)營方針,制(zhi)定長(chang)遠發展規劃為完(wan)成全年(nian)(nian)計劃任務而努力(li)拼搏。
